Bart Simpson transforms into his alter ego, Bartman, to rescue his favorite comic book hero, Radioactive Man. After Radioactive Man is trapped in the "Limbo Zone" by villains, his sidekick Fallout Boy appears to Bart, prompting a journey to restore Radioactive Man's powers and save him.

You can switch between NTSC and PAL by putting the cartridge in the console, turning the power on and then press the reset button 4 - 8 times. If for any reason the game isn't booting on first starting it up, this is most likely the reason. Once the region is switched, it should work. (Sometimes, these NES games are set to NTSC by default)
